From June to November 2013, Turtle was Resident Historian on the popular Newstalk Breakfast show on Ireland's Newstalk 106, presenting a weekly slot that probed lesser known aspects of Irish history with the show's presenters Chris Donoghue, Ivan Yates, Shane Coleman and Nora Casey.
